Xtender ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Xtender Driver mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Account Information: When you sign in using Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
Location Data: We collect your device location in real-time to track deliveries, optimize routes, and provide navigation assistance. Location may be collected in the background while you are on an active delivery.
Camera and Photos: We access your camera to capture proof of delivery photos. These photos are uploaded to our servers as delivery records.
Device Information: We collect device identifiers, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and analytics.
Push Notification Tokens: We collect your device push notification token to send you delivery assignments and status updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your identity and manage your driver account
To assign and track deliveries in real-time
To provide navigation to delivery locations
To store proof of delivery (photos)
To send push notifications about new deliveries and updates
To improve our services and troubleshoot issues

3. Location Data

We collect location data only while you are logged in and have an active delivery assignment. Background location tracking is used to update your position during active deliveries, even when the app is minimized. You can disable location access through your device settings at any time, though this may affect delivery tracking functionality.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

With Merchants: Your delivery status and estimated arrival time are shared with the merchant who placed the delivery order.
With Customers: Your approximate location during active deliveries may be shared with the delivery recipient.
Service Providers: We use Google services for authentication and mapping.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure server infrastructure, and access controls.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. Delivery records and proof of delivery photos are retained for business and legal compliance purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy
