Delete Your Account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Xtender Driver account (provided by XTENDER HEALTH SOLUTIONS PTY LTD) and the personal information linked to it. It applies to Xtender Driver and other Xtender apps that share the same sign-in.

How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address associated with your Xtender account in the form below.
2. Optionally add your pharmacy and a reason to help us locate your account.
3. Tick the box to confirm you want your account permanently deleted.
4. Select Request account deletion.
5. We email you to verify your identity, then delete your account — completed within 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Your profile, name and login credentials
• Contact details, preferences and settings
• Device identifiers and session data tied to your account

What data is kept, and for how long

As a healthcare service, certain records — such as dispensing, prescription and medication-supply history — must be retained to meet Australian record-keeping laws. These are generally kept for a minimum of 7 years from the date of last supply (and, for records relating to a person under 18, until that person turns 25). After your account is deleted, these records are de-identified where possible and are no longer linked to an active account. All other personal data is deleted within 30 days of your request.
